Assessing Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) Systems in California

Our approach is geared toward assessing whether ASE is suitable for deployment on mainline highways in California, on two parallel research and evaluation tracks, technical and institutional, mindful of the pre-existing institutional and legal issues that must be overcome prior to any Caltrans implementation.
